Fusion CX testing leading-edge wireless devices quickly and accurately
WESTWOOD, Mass., December 9, 2004 — LTX Corporation (Nasdaq: LTXX), a leading supplier of semiconductor test solutions, today announced that RF Micro Devices (Nasdaq: RFMD), a leading provider of proprietary radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICs) for wireless communications applications, is using LTX’s Fusion CX test system for volume production testing of numerous RFMD semiconductor solutions, including its POLARIS TM TOTAL RADIOTM transceivers and its WLAN products. The test phase is the final step in the volume production of RFICs.
