VXI based Solder Joint Monitoring System
The Symtx Solder Joint Monitoring System will be featured as an example of the new generation of VXI Test Systems that reduces the cost of testing by increasing the number of parallel measurements per measurement module. The SJM 2000 is the only system available that provides simultaneous resistance monitoring and event detection of all channels in parallel at programmable rates up to 50Mhz. These systems will expand to hundreds of channels in 16 channel increments.
"The SJM 2000 expands the range of cost effective high performance VXI functional test solutions offered by Symtx, " said Len Gilmore , Symtx President and Chief Executive. "The SJM 2000 leverages off Symtx’s 20 plus years of experience building test sets for the demanding Defense industry as well as the highly competitive private sector. This new level of performance is made possible by leveraging several platform products including the VXI Technology VMIP platform that allowed Symtx to design the unique test hardware necessary for this demanding data acquisition application."
VMIP Products are available from both Symtx and VXI Technology’s world wide network of Factory Representatives and Distributors. A full listing of contacts is available at www.vxitech.com/email.asp
In support of this new product introduction Symtx will join VXI Technology in a World Wide VXI Seminar Tour to promote new VXI products from National Instruments, Teradyne, Agilent Technologies and VXI Technologies. This tour will start early 2005 and be presented in over 16 locations in 10 countries worldwide. Users can register for these seminars at www.vxiseminar.com.
